Why we started Furlo
Pet hair gets everywhere: the sofa, your clothes, the bed, the car. Sticky lint rollers run out fast, so you end up buying refill after refill. We wanted one simple tool you can empty, rinse and use again, so we started Furlo to bring it to pet owners at a fair price.
What you can expect from us
- Free tracked delivery. We dispatch orders within 1–3 working days, and delivery takes 7–12 working days after that. You'll get a tracking number by email.
- 30-day returns. If your Furlo arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund.
- Real replies from a real person. Email us any time and we'll get back to you within 24–48 hours.
How we work
We're a new, small business. To keep prices low, your Furlo is shipped straight to you from our fulfilment partner's warehouse rather than from a shop. That's why delivery takes a little longer than the high street, and why every order comes with tracking.
